Office Manager / Executive Assistant

Caroline is the Office Manager and Executive Assistant at Seven Springs Wealth Group.  Her main focus areas include providing outstanding client service and managing the daily administrative needs of the team. Caroline will be the first smiling face you see when stopping by our office for a meeting!

Prior to joining the team in April 2023, Caroline worked as an office coordinator, insurance coordinator, and assistant at another local wealth management firm. Prior to that, she worked as a teller and customer service representative at banks in Nashville and Auburn, AL.

Caroline was born and raised in Birmingham, AL and graduated from Auburn University. Although she received a degree in Elementary Education, she entered the financial field after graduating. After a few years of living in Auburn post-graduation, Caroline decided to leave her home state and move to Nashville where she continued her banking career. Loving to serve others and work behind the scenes, she then shifted to taking on administrative roles.

When Caroline isn’t at work, she enjoys spending time with friends, antique shopping, going on walks, and learning to play golf with her husband.
